    This is so much harder than it looks, I’m making some progress but I have to look at my right hand and coming back up the strings is really difficult, I’m just focusing on going down for now.

    Started playing today.

    yay my pinky is getting stronger…no body taught me this ive been taking lessons form one of my friends and ive never seen the exercise so this was really helpful

    thanks for the video, but I can’t seem to keep my finger froms hitting the string underneath no matter how hard I try. is this just something that beginners experience?

    when were practicing the technique are we supposed to look at our picking hand if we keep on missing the string

    I am going to buy a Washburn d100dl 6 string acoustic for my self for x-mas and this is the perfect first video for me to get started. I played around with the washburn at guitar center here in Dallas and loved it. I don’t know diddly about guitar but have found some great vids on here with simple 3-5 chord songs that I would love to learn. I would love to be able to play Whore House blues by Motorhead that was done in the video. So thank you for taking the time to make this video. This helps.

    hey i wanna learn how to play the gutiar but i just never even played it before i got an electric gutiar that i got from doing a tattoo but its like a little bit shorter than the normal ones n it only has a volume knob and not a wamy bar but i think its still good to learn with it or is it nesessary i get a bigger one?

    The hardest part of this for me is keeping my pinkie from lifting off the frets. All my other fingers are fine, but the pinkie won’t stay put. ><;

    someone told me to tight a robber band around my fingers while doing this kinda exercise… so i can improve the speed speed… i think its somehow true coz it works with me…

    Im a beginner, and findin it slightly hard but i know if i keep practicing i’ll get it.. every comment i see here are complaints.. my hands are too small, i cant bla bla….. just do it and practice and eventullay u’ll get it..!!
